CVR Community Center "The Pinnacle" opened July 1
All residents should have received information from Crystal Valley Ranch about the opening of our new community center, named "The Pinnacle." Residents are asked to come to the center, located off of Loop Road to obtain their access cards. The Pinnacle includes a small indoor gym, locker rooms, a great room with fireplace, library and kitchenette. Outdoor facilities include a lap pool, children's pool with water features and bathhouse. Programming and staffing for The Pinnacle will be provided by the YMCA of Metro Denver. Photos of the gym and pool are posted under the "News and Discussions" tab, in a document called "Pinnacle Grand Opening."
According to staff at The Pinnacle, the facility will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. The gym is open from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can be accessed before 10:00 a.m. by using your access card at the side door (entrance B). The guest fee is $5 per guest, with children 3 and under free.
Landscape Improvements Planned?
Do you have plans to install or renovate your landscaping? If so, please consult the Landscape Design Guidelines before starting your project. All residential landscaping projects (including renovations and additions to original approved plans) must be approved by the HOA Design Review Committee prior to work starting. Homeowners who have already completed projects are asked to submit site plans to the committee for review and for our records.
For more information see the Design Guidelines, which are posted online: www.paintersridge.org Click on the “About the HOA” tab, then scroll down to “Governing Documents” and click on “Design Standards” for the document and forms.
