Homeowners Invited to Attend Next Board Meeting – July 8

Homeowners are invited to attend the next HOA Board of Directors Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at 7:00 p.m. The location is the Philip S. Miller Library - CR Bank Room East. The library is located at 100 S. Wilcox Street. The agenda for this meeting will be posted soon (see "Board Notes"). All remaining monthly Board of Directors meetings for 2008 have been scheduled. Visit the calendar to view the dates, times and locations of these meetings. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. The board will hold Open Forums before the August, October and December board meetings to increase communication with owners.

Events at Rhyolite Regional Park

Members of the Painters Ridge HOA Board of Directors were in attendance on June 4 as ground was broken for the Crystal Valley Ranch recreation center. Four years in planning, it is slated for completion by the end of May, 2009.
