New Residents in Painters Ridge
Welcome to the following new residents:
September, 2009: Tim and Nancy Bliss moved in at 1364 Hardrock Place, relocating from Centennial, CO.
October, 2009: Kendall and Susan Kern moved in at 1278 Ash Hollow Place. They moved here from Houston, TX with daughters Kimberly (16) and Alison (who turns 15 on New Year’s Eve).
November, 2009: David and Jane Higgins moved in at 1352 Dew Frost Place, also relocating from Houston, TX.
December, 2009: Dan and Vicky Leffert moved in to 4801 Lions Paw Street this week, relocating from Lake Geneva, Switzerland. Dan recently retired from an overseas position with Nestle.
December, 2009: Tom Beeler and Celeste Anderson moved in at 1535 Dew Frost Place. They just moved over from Plum Creek and Aurora and look forward to enjoying their new home in Painters Ridge.
Street Conveyance Update
Negotiations with the Town of Castle Rock to convey our nine private streets are almost complete. The board has secured enough affirmative votes from home owners to proceed with the conveyance of the streets to the Town. Information on any changes in services will be sent to all homeowners when the negotiations are finalized. Presentations made to Town Council in support of the conveyance of our nine private streets are found online. To view them, visit the "Board Notes" page at the bottom of the page. The documents ending in .ppt are Powerpoint versions, which are quicker to load. If you do not have Powerpoint, click on the .pdf versions to view the presentations.
Next Board Meeting: June 10th
The Monthly Meeting of the HOA Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, June 10 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. We have a new location this year -- our Pinnacle Recreation Center, located at 2160 Fox Haven Place. All residents are welcome to attend!

Did you know that the Pinnacle staff sends out a monthly email with the calendar of information? If you did not provide an email address when you registered or are not receiving these emails, please contact the staff to have your email address added to their distribution list: 303-660-1294 or dxd555@msn.com.
The April activities calendar is available at The Pinnacle. The Pinnacle facility hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and our key cards work on the front door until 9:30 p.m. daily. Stop by soon to have your photos taken for the new key card system.
Landscape Improvements Planned?
Do you have plans to install or renovate your landscaping? If so, please consult the Landscape Design Guidelines before starting your project. All residential landscaping projects (including renovations and additions to original approved plans) must be approved by the HOA Design Review Committee prior to work starting. Homeowners who have already completed projects are asked to submit site plans to the committee for review and for our records.
