As a part of routine financial compliance, the PR HOA Board annually requests an outside accountant to review the Association’s financial statements for the previous calendar year to ensure the data complies with generally accepted accounting principles. The 2017 Compilation Report includes data covering 1/1/17 to 12/31/17.

HOA Financials (March 2018)
The 2018 Budget was adopted by the Painters Ridge Board of Directors on 11/7/17 and mailed to all Members on 12/4/17. In the absence of a veto vote, the budget was approved at the 1/23/18 Budget Consideration Meeting.
