Immediately before the Annual Meeting, there will be a pre-meeting of the Board of Directors beginning at 6:00 p.m. to finalize Board business before new Directors are elected at the Annual meeting that will begin at 6:30 p.m. During the pre-meeting the Directors will be voting on four changes to the Association guidelines pertaining to language in paragraph 3 of the Introduction, the design of Retaining Walls, Basketball hoops, Backboards, & Pole Mounts, and Parking Restrictions. All homeowners are welcome to attend this meeting as well.
The Annual Member Meeting of Homeowners will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, 6:30 p.m at the Pinnacle Recreation Center, 2160 Fox Haven Drive, Castle Rock, CO. A mailed notice was sent on 3/29/18 to all residents.
Homeowner Attendance - All Homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting. This is your opportunity to vote on critical issues, provide comments, ask questions, or simply to listen and stay informed about our community.
Agenda - Please review the following materials and bring your copy to the meeting:
1) 4/24/18 Annual Meeting Agenda, and
2) Summary of Board Activities and Actions, which details important updates that have occurred since the last Annual Meeting in April 2017. The Summary will not be formally presented at the meeting, but attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Voting - Each Painters Ridge lot will get one vote. If more than one owner of a lot attends the meeting, they must decide between themselves how to cast their one vote. Homeowners will be voting on the following items:
1) Elect three Members to serve on the Board of Directors. Self-nominations can be submitted in advance or verbally at the meeting. Self nominations include Dan Hampton, Jeff Allen, Bob O'Toole and Brian Bates.
2) Elect one Delegate to the Crystal Valley Ranch Owners Association. Self nominations include Arlin Shepard.
NOTE: Approval of the April 2017 Annual Member Meeting Minutes already occurred via email in May 2017.

Following the Annual Member Meeting, the new Board of Directors will hold a regular Board meeting. Items to be discussed are included in the 4/18/18 Board Meeting Agenda. All homeowners are welcome to attend this meeting as well.
