The Annual Member Meeting of Homeowners will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 6:30 p.m at the Pinnacle Recreation Center, 2160 Fox Haven Drive, Castle Rock, CO. A notice was sent by mail on 3/27/19 and by email on 4/1/19 to all residents.
Homeowner Attendance – All Homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting. This is your opportunity to vote on critical issues, provide comments, ask questions, or simply to listen and stay informed about our community.
Agenda – Please review the following materials and bring your copy to the meeting:
1) 4/23/19 Annual Meeting Agenda, and
2) 2019 Board of Directors Annual Report and Attachment – Lanterns SDP, which details important updates that have occurred since the last Annual Meeting in April 2018. The Summary will not be formally presented at the meeting, but attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Voting – Each Painters Ridge lot will get one vote. If more than one owner of a lot attends the meeting, they must decide between themselves how to cast their one vote. Homeowners will be voting on the following items:
1) Elect two Members to serve on the Board of Directors for a term of two years. Self-nominations can be submitted in advance or verbally at the meeting. Present Directors Chuck Hackard and John Topolnicki have already self-nominated for additional terms.
2) Elect one Delegate to the Crystal Valley Ranch Owners Association for a term of one year. Present CVRMA Delegate Arlin Shepard has accepted nomination by Owner John Topolnicki for an additional term.

Following the Annual Member Meeting, the out-going and in-going Board of Directors will hold a regular Board meeting. Items to be discussed are included in the 4/23/18 Board Meeting Agenda. All homeowners are welcome to attend this meeting as well.
